python 自动获取天气程序(Version1.0)
自动获取用户当前的城市，显示城市的最新天气信息
程序流程
1. 获取用户所在城市
抓取http://pv.sohu.com/cityjson ，其返回结果如下
从返回结果的json结构中读取去当前用户的所在城市。

这一步主要通过appGetWeather_help模块中的convertName方法实现。
cityName=appGetWeather_help.convertName(city)3. 获取城市编号
通过简化的城市名查找到该城市的编号（编号用于在网站上抓取该城市的天气）
这一步主要通过appGetWeather_help模块中的getCityCodeFromName方法实现。
cityID=appGetWeather_help.getCityCodeFromName(cityName)4. 获取城市天气信息
通过城市编号，抓取网页 http://www.weather.com.cn/data/sk/cityID.html ，获取该城市的天气信息 ，然后从返回的信息中提取出具体的天气信息。
程序模块说明
- appGetWeather_help.py 模块，实现了主要的转换和获取天气的功能
- appGetWeather.py 主模块，实现了程序的流程，还有城市的获取
